The Cairns Choral Society is excited to bring live performances back within our Greenslopes Hall in 2021. To allow us to entertain you safely, we need to follow the Covid Safe Venue Guide for ticketed shows.

Please note the following:

• All events in at Cairns Choral Society Hall will follow Queensland Government Covid Guidelines and the approved Covid Safe Industry Plan: Queensland Live Performance, Venue/Theatres
• If you are unwell, please refrain from attending events
• If patrons do not comply with protocols, or authorised requests, they will be asked to leave immediately without refund or further recourse

Important Information

Queensland Government health restrictions now allow 100% capacity for indoor events. While seated in the venue, the 1.5-metre distance between booking groups no longer applies, so it is essential you remain in your allocated seat for contact tracing purposes. When moving through our venue and using our facilities, please continue to practice social distancing.

Wearing a mask is recommended in situations where you may not be able to maintain physical distancing such as entering and exiting theatres or moving through areas where lots of people are gathered. Keep a mask with you, so that if you get into one of those situations, you have some added protection.

Buy together to be seated together

Seating will be provided for your ticket purchase group. You must sit in your designated seat on the day.

Before you arrive

Stay home if you are unwell, have recently travelled overseas or to a hotspot, or if you’ve been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case.*

When purchasing tickets, patrons agree to provide their contact details, including mobile phone number, email or residential address and the contact phone number and residential address of accompanying ticket holders.

Have your ticket ready on your phone or bring your print-at-home ticket with you for scanning by our staff.

At the theatre

Keep 1.5 metres away from others where possible, including when arriving at the venue and queuing at the bar

Once inside, sit in your assigned seat. Do not move seats.
